On the website there is a video section with a large selection of how to cooking videos. They are helpful, but I found them to be short with not enough detail. It is a useful resource and a great way to get a quick overview on how to cook a particular dish. Videos are always a great way to learn since a recipe is important for the ingredients, but a recipe doesn't usually 'show' you how to make it.
Overall, this is a great site to find recipes, learn to cook new dishes, and connect with tons of like minded people. You can even shop online through the site for most all cooking related items.
