Last week I had the opportunity to see the look on my fathers face as he enjoyed a piece of sugar free cake. He told me this cake is so delicious, I can not believe it is a diet dessert. I asked if I could try a bite of his cake, at first he was hesitant, but slowly gave in. I took one bite and I could not believe what I tasted. The cake was so moist, and the texture was just like a real cake, but best of all there was not an aftertaste. It was truly the best sugar free dessert I had ever tasted.
I decided to locate the Food Service Director for the facility and find out where they purchased this cake. Thinking to myself, they probably made it from scratch and there is no way that I could personally purchase this cake. To my surprise the Food Service Director told me she purchased this cake from American Quality Foods. She said they offer 100 different desserts that range from diet cookies, brownies, bars, cakes, mousse, pudding, gelatins and drink mixes. She gave Melinda Janeiro¡¯s name and number and said ¡°This is who I talk to when I order my sugar free desserts¡±.

I called her and ordered my very own desserts. They are great and best of all they are low in calories, carbohydrates, fat, Tran saturated fat, sodium, and no sugar. Finally a dessert with out guilt!
